“Dear eBay” is a witty, call-in style mini-series hosted by Jack Remmington and Ash Holme, who take on the roles of modern-day agony aunts for the nation’s declutterers. The series taps into our complicated relationships with the things we own, from sentimental keepsakes to impulse buys, and brings humour, empathy, and sharp advice to the art of letting go.

Blending relatable “stuff-life dramas” with eBay’s message of selling for free, the campaign reframed decluttering as an act of care, not chaos. Across episodes, Jack and Ash invite audiences to laugh, reflect, and rethink what it means to say goodbye to the things that no longer serve us and to discover how selling on eBay can be simple, satisfying, and even completely free.
